Refund & Cancellation Policy

Alaxora provides social media management, post management, and website services with clear and transparent cancellation terms.
Cancelling before work starts
You may cancel within 14 days of agreeing to a service, before work begins, for a full refund.
Cancelling after work has started
If you ask us to start work within the 14 days and then cancel, you will pay for the work already completed. The rest will be refunded.
Monthly services
Social media and post management is billed monthly. You can cancel at any time with 30 days' written notice. Fees already paid for the current month are non-refundable once content has been delivered.
Delivered work
Once finished work (posts, designs, or website pages) has been delivered and approved, it is non-refundable. If something is faulty or not as described, we will fix it free of charge or refund the affected part.
Revisions
Two rounds of revisions are included with each project.
How to cancel or request a refund
Submit your request below or email refunds@alaxora.work.gd. Approved refunds are paid to the original payment method within 14 days.
